We first heard of Gianmaria Giannetti very recently, it was last July. The association «Artistes du Monde» (Artists from around the World), under the patronage of Marina Picasso, organized with the help of the City of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals an international exhibition that brought together some one hundred artists from 20 countries.

Gianmaria Giannetti won City of Cannes Prize. Information about the artist is scarce and his official website is in Italian only. But the work done by the artist speaks for itself and we have to say, only by browsing Giannetti’s works and installations on his website, we were very intrigued. And we decided to share this interest with you.

In October, GalleriaMonteoliveto will be in Paris at Carrousel du Louvre, on October, 22 & 23 ; the gallery will be presenting some works of Gianmaria Giannetti.
